The RIVER CITY 300JL Wizard Series jacket is made with a .28mm double coating of PVC with tough nylon scrim material layered in between. The nylon scrim offers excellent rip and puncture resistance. This jacket features a detachable drawstring hood and storm flap under a snap-up front. It is a waist-length jacket with take-up snaps on the wrists.
