The RESIDEO ythx1200b8/u is a smart thermostat with an integrated Equipment Interface Module (EIM) designed for residential and light commercial 24-volt HVAC applications. It features a 5-inch customizable touchscreen with display-selectable language support for English, French, and Spanish. An onboard radar sensor enables presence-based smart away programming for improved energy efficiency. The thermostat supports IAQ monitoring and control, video doorbell integration with VX1 or Ring devices, and connects via WiFi and RedLINK 3.0.
