The RESIDEO thx900w1/u is a hardwired smart thermostat designed for residential and light commercial 24 VAC HVAC systems. It features a 4.3 square inch color touchscreen with display language selectable for English, French, or Spanish. The thermostat supports up to 3H/2C heat pump staging or 2H/2C conventional staging and includes built-in Wi-Fi for smart home integration. Indoor humidity monitoring with a set point range of 0 to 90 percent RH gives HVAC technicians a single control point for both temperature and IAQ management. A C-wire is required for hardwired power. Energy Star certified for qualifying installations.
This thermostat is suited for residential and light commercial applications including gas, oil, electric warm air, hydronic, fan coil unit, and PTAC systems. It supports time-based or Smart Away programming and can be configured for both residential and light commercial program types. Auto or manual heat-cool changeover is selectable.
