The Resideo AM100-UPTG-1LF is a 1/2 inch union-press thermostatic mixing valve with an integrated temperature gauge that adjusts, maintains, and limits hot water to a user-selected setpoint. It functions as a mixing or diverting valve using a proportional mechanism to control hot and cold supplies, reduces flow if the cold supply is interrupted for anti-scald protection, and operates reliably down to a 0.5 gpm minimum. Its Teflon-coated, nickel-plated low-lead brass body with EPDM seals resists mineral build-up.
