The REGO-FIX 1120.06353 is an ER20 collet designed for precision tool holding in CNC machining and milling operations. This collet accepts a 0.25 inch (1/4 inch) tool shank and delivers a total indicator runout (TIR) of 0.0002 inches, making it suitable for applications where concentricity and tool accuracy are critical. With a 31.5mm overall length and a 21mm overall diameter, the 1120.06353 fits standard ER20 collet chuck bodies. Licensed machinists and toolroom technicians install these collets as part of routine tool changes and spindle setups.
This collet is intended for use in ER20-compatible collet chucks found on CNC machining centers, milling machines, and high-speed spindle systems. It is well-suited for light to medium metal cutting, drilling, reaming, and tapping operations requiring precise tool positioning. The 0.25 inch bore accommodates a wide range of standard shank tooling used in production and job-shop environments.
Designed as a direct-fit replacement or supplemental collet for ER20 collet chuck systems. Specific chuck compatibility should be confirmed against the chuck manufacturer's ER20 collet specification.
ER20 collets are installed and removed by qualified machinists or toolroom personnel using the appropriate ER20 collet nut and spanner wrench. The spindle and machine must be fully powered down and brought to a complete stop before any collet change. Inspect the collet bore, chuck taper, and collet nut threads for debris or damage prior to installation. Do not exceed the collet's stated clamping range for tool shank diameter.
