The REELCRAFT RT835-OLP is a spring-retractable hose reel that ships complete with a 35-foot hose already installed. Built for medium-duty service, it handles both air and water lines at up to 300 psi working pressure. The reel body is constructed from nylon and steel, finished in red for easy identification in busy shop or service environments. The 1/2-inch inlet and matching 1/2-inch fitting size make connection straightforward on standard compressed-air or water supply lines. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and general service contractors install this unit in workshops, service bays, and mechanical rooms where a self-retracting hose management solution is needed.
The RT835-OLP is suited for light-to-medium commercial and residential service applications involving air tools, pneumatic equipment, or water supply tasks. The spring-retraction drive keeps the hose coiled and off the floor automatically after each use, reducing trip hazards and hose wear. The 35-foot hose length gives adequate reach across a standard service bay or mechanical room without excess slack. The 1/2-inch inside diameter hose delivers adequate flow for air tools and general water service at pressures up to 300 psi.
Designed for air and water service lines with 1/2-inch supply connections. Suitable for use in compressed-air systems and general water supply applications up to 300 psi in medium-duty commercial and residential service environments.
A licensed or qualified service technician should mount this reel to a structurally sound wall, ceiling, or post using hardware rated for the combined weight of the reel and filled hose. Shut off and bleed air or water pressure from the supply line before making inlet connections. Follow applicable OSHA and local building code requirements for hose reel mounting and compressed-air system connections. Inspect the hose and fittings for leaks after pressurizing the system for the first time.
