The RECTORSEAL m85017 is a 3/4 inch straight liquid-tight non-metallic connector designed to terminate flexible liquid-tight conduit at electrical enclosures, junction boxes, and equipment knockouts. It provides a watertight seal at the connection point, protecting conductors from moisture ingress. This connector is a standard fitting for electricians working on HVAC equipment, pumps, motors, and other installations where flexible conduit must transition to a fixed enclosure. Its non-metallic construction resists corrosion in wet or damp locations.
This connector is suited for residential and light commercial applications where 3/4 inch flexible liquid-tight non-metallic conduit is used. Typical install scenarios include outdoor HVAC disconnect connections, pool and spa equipment wiring, irrigation controllers, and any application requiring a weatherproof conduit termination. It is commonly installed by licensed electricians and HVAC technicians in compliance with NEC requirements for wet or damp location wiring methods.
Designed as an OEM-style fitting for use with 3/4 inch flexible liquid-tight non-metallic conduit systems in residential and commercial electrical installations.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with applicable NEC articles governing liquid-tight flexible conduit systems. De-energize all circuits before beginning work on any enclosure or junction box. Ensure the knockout diameter matches the 3/4 inch connector body before installation, and tighten the locknut firmly to maintain the watertight seal. Do not overtighten, as non-metallic fittings can crack under excessive torque.
