The RECTORSEAL 83939 Ghost External Mini Condensate Pump is a wall-mounted condensate removal pump built for ductless mini-split HVAC systems. It operates across a wide voltage range of 100 to 240 volts, making it adaptable to varied electrical configurations. The unit mounts directly below the indoor air handler and uses resilient vibration-reducing mounts and fully potted electronics to deliver low-noise, reliable condensate drainage. A front-clip reservoir and replaceable filter simplify routine maintenance. Integrated 3-amp dry contacts provide overflow protection and allow clean integration with system controls. Licensed HVAC technicians working on ductless installations are the primary installers.
The RECTORSEAL 83939 is designed for residential and light commercial ductless mini-split HVAC applications where gravity drainage is not available or practical. It mounts externally below the indoor unit, making it well suited for wall-mounted cassette-style systems in bedrooms, offices, server rooms, and similar spaces. The wide-voltage operation supports installations on both standard 120-volt residential circuits and 240-volt commercial supplies without requiring a dedicated pump model for each application.
Designed as an OEM-style external condensate pump for residential and light commercial ductless mini-split HVAC systems where the indoor unit requires assisted condensate drainage.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician. Power down the indoor unit and disconnect power at the breaker before mounting or wiring the pump. The 3-amp dry contacts must be wired into the system control circuit to enable overflow shutoff protection — verify the control circuit wiring is compatible before completing installation. Follow local mechanical and electrical codes, including applicable NEC requirements for low-voltage control wiring.
