The RATIONAL 8720.1560US is a complete installation kit designed to connect RATIONAL gas combi ovens to gas, water, and electrical services at the job site. The kit bundles all essential connection materials into a single package, including gas connector hoses, black iron pipe fittings, copper drain pipe components, water connector hoses, and NEMA electrical receptacles and plugs. Having these components together eliminates sourcing delays and reduces pre-installation setup time. This kit is intended for installation by licensed plumbers, gas fitters, and electricians working on commercial kitchen equipment.

This installation kit is specifically designed for the 6-full-size, 6-half-size, and 10-half-size RATIONAL gas combi ovens. It covers gas supply, fresh water supply, drain, and electrical connection requirements for these oven configurations in a commercial kitchen environment. The included components are sized and rated for the connection specifications required by these RATIONAL combi oven models.
