Product Description

Rational 40.04.507P is an external core temperature probe for Rational commercial cooking units. It measures internal product temperature for SCC and CMP 201 and 202 models and is intended as a replacement or accessory for units factory-installed after September 2011. The probe features an angled plug connector and corresponds to equivalent model 40.01.843. It monitors core temperature during cooking cycles and is not compatible with left-hinged units.
