The RAB LIGHTING H17 is a field-adjustable LED high bay fixture designed for demanding commercial and industrial overhead lighting applications. Technicians can select color temperature on-site between 3000K, 4000K, and 5000K, and dial in wattage at 100W, 120W, or 150W to match the specific lumen output required - up to 22,224 lumens at the 150W setting. The aluminum construction keeps weight down while handling the heat loads typical of continuous-duty high bay operation. Rated for wet locations, this fixture suits wash-down environments, covered loading docks, and similar demanding spaces. It is installed by licensed electricians in commercial and industrial settings.
The H17 is suited for warehouses, manufacturing floors, gymnasiums, retail big-box spaces, and covered outdoor structures where high-output overhead illumination is needed. The ability to set wattage and CCT in the field simplifies inventory management - one SKU can satisfy multiple project specifications without ordering separate fixtures. Replacing up to eight T5HO lamps or a 750W metal halide source, the H17 is a practical retrofit or new-construction choice for facilities looking to cut energy consumption without sacrificing foot-candle levels.
Designed as a direct replacement for up to eight T5HO fluorescent lamps or a 750W metal halide high bay fixture. Compatible with standard 0-10V dimming controls. Mounts via 3/4 inch-14 NPT threaded hook, compatible with standard pendant and stem mount assemblies used in commercial high bay installations.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the NEC and applicable local codes. Power down and lock out the circuit at the panel before wiring or mounting the fixture. The 3/4 inch-14 NPT hook mount should be secured to a listed pendant or stem rated for the fixture weight before making electrical connections. Set the CCT and wattage selector switches to the desired positions before final installation and cover closure.
