The rack ships with 12 steel rails and 24 QUS240 Ultra Stack Hang Bins in black. The floor rack frame is welded steel with wide-angle legs for a stable footprint. Bins are molded from high-impact polystyrene and feature side support ribs, wide stacking ledges, and stack locks that interlock bins to prevent shifting. A full-width hanging lip on the rear of each bin clips directly onto the steel rails without tools. This unit is typically installed by maintenance staff, facilities managers, or trade shop technicians organizing fasteners, fittings, and small components.
