Product Description

The QUANTUM STORAGE SYSTEMS DG93030CO is a conductive dividable grid container designed for the storage and shipping of sensitive electronic components. Injection-molded from carbon-filled copolymer polyethylene, the container provides electrostatic discharge protection with a surface resistivity of less than 10 to the 5th power ohms per square when tested per ASTM-D257. The electrostatic decay rate meets MIL Spec MIL-B-81075B at less than 0.1 seconds. Multi-ribbed external sides deliver high impact strength. At 22.5 inches long, 17.5 inches wide, and 3 inches tall, it fits standard industrial shelving and stacks securely with or without a lid. Used by electronics assemblers, warehouse personnel, and component handlers requiring ESD-safe organization.

This container is suited for electronics manufacturing, distribution, and repair environments where protection from electromagnetic interference and electrostatic discharge is required. It handles both bench-side parts organization and transit packaging for ESD-sensitive assemblies. The dividable interior accommodates optional dividers, sold separately, allowing flexible compartmentalization for components of varying sizes. Lids are also available separately. The container is sold in carton quantities of 6 and is available in black only.
