The QUANTUM STORAGE QUS270BLCS is a polypropylene hopper stacking bin designed for organized parts storage in industrial, maintenance, and supply environments. Built to hold up to 75 pounds, this bin features a front-access hopper opening that allows techs and stockroom personnel to retrieve parts quickly without removing the bin from a shelf or panel. The blue color aids in visual organization across multi-SKU storage systems. The unit ships in a package quantity of three, making it suitable for stocking multiple bays at once. Its polypropylene construction resists water, rust, and corrosion, and the material is rated autoclavable up to 250 degrees F for applications requiring sanitization.
This bin is suited for use on louvered panels or rails, making it compatible with standard pegboard-style wall storage systems common in shop, warehouse, and service van racking setups. The hopper stacking design allows vertical stacking to maximize vertical space in tight storage areas. It is used by HVAC techs, plumbers, electricians, and other trades professionals to organize small components such as fittings, fasteners, capacitors, and electrical connectors. The crystal styrene window on the front label area helps identify contents without pulling the bin. A wide stacking ledge with anti-slide lock keeps stacked bins secure during handling.
Designed for use with louvered panels or rails. Compatible accessory part number DUS270 fits this bin for use in standard louvered panel storage systems.
No tools are required to mount these bins on louvered panels or rails — bins hook directly onto standard louvers. When stacking bins freestanding, ensure the surface is level and the anti-slide lock is engaged between units to prevent shifting. Bins used in food-grade or medical environments should be autoclaved per facility protocols before first use. Inspect the stacking ledge and hook tabs periodically for cracks or deformation, especially in high-cycle retrieval applications.
