The QUANTUM STORAGE QTB305GY is a five-compartment tip-out stacking bin organizer designed for organizing small parts, hardware, and components in shop, warehouse, or service truck environments. The unit measures 23.625 inches wide, 6.5 inches high, and 5.25 inches deep overall, with each individual bin measuring 4.25 inches wide, 5.75 inches high, and 3.75 inches deep. The frame is constructed from injection-molded polystyrene, making it break resistant and lightweight. Each bin tips open at a 45-degree angle and features a molded handle for single-hand access. The organizer ships as a single unit and weighs 5 pounds.
This tip-out bin organizer is suited for residential and light commercial trade applications where organized parts storage is needed at the bench or on a parts rack. HVAC technicians, plumbers, and electricians commonly use this type of organizer to sort fasteners, fittings, wire connectors, capacitors, and other small components. The stacking design allows multiple units to be combined vertically to expand storage capacity without increasing floor or shelf footprint.
Designed as a stackable small-parts bin organizer compatible with standard tip-out bin storage systems. Units stack directly on top of one another to create multi-tier storage arrays without additional hardware.
No tools are required to assemble or mount this organizer in a freestanding configuration. If wall-mounting or rack-mounting is intended, ensure the mounting surface or rack system is rated for the combined load of the unit and stored contents. Bins can be removed individually for refilling and reinserted without disassembling the frame.
