The PROMAX US007232 is a solid carbide square end mill engineered for high-performance milling in demanding machining environments. With a 3/4 inch mill diameter and a 2-1/4 inch length of cut, it delivers aggressive material removal with controlled chip evacuation across a full range of ferrous and non-ferrous workpiece materials. The 4-flute, variable helix design (35/38 degrees) reduces harmonic vibration and chatter during cutting, making it well-suited for high-speed and high-feed applications. A PowerLayer coating further extends tool life by improving wear resistance and reducing heat buildup at the cutting edge. Overall length is 5 inches with a 3/4 inch straight cylindrical shank.
