The PROMAX 129-41212 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in metalworking and machining applications. It features a 3/16 inch cutting diameter, a 0.03 inch corner radius, and four right-hand spiral flutes with a 40-degree helix angle. The micrograin carbide substrate is coated with TiCN (Titanium Carbonitride), which improves surface hardness and wear resistance compared to uncoated carbide. Single-end construction with a 5/8 inch length of cut and 2 inch overall length. This tool is sized for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills where corner-radius geometry is required to reduce stress concentrations in milled pockets and slots.
