The PROMAX 102-02016 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in metal fabrication and machining environments. It features a 5/16-inch cutting diameter, a 3/4-inch length of cut (LOC), and a corner radius range of 0.04 to 0.05 inches. The three-flute geometry with a high 40-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. A ZrN (Zirconium Nitride) coating improves wear resistance and extends tool life in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. This tool is centercutting, enabling plunge entry as well as conventional and climb milling. Installed by machinists and toolroom professionals in CNC and manual milling setups.

This end mill is suited for generating corner radii, slot milling, and contour work on precision components.
