The PRO-SOURCE UFRL-06NAL is a heavy-duty FRL combination unit that integrates a filter, regulator, and lubricator into a single inline assembly for compressed air systems. Rated to 280.37 SCFM with a maximum supply pressure of 215 psi, it conditions compressed air by removing contaminants, regulating downstream pressure, and delivering metered lubrication to pneumatic tools and actuators. The unit features an aluminum bowl, a 0.5-micron filtration rating, and a semi-automatic drain. It is sized for 3/4 NPT porting and is suited for industrial, manufacturing, and maintenance environments where reliable air preparation is required. A licensed millwright, pipefitter, or industrial mechanic typically installs and services this type of unit.
The UFRL-06NAL is designed for use in compressed air distribution lines supplying pneumatic tools, cylinders, valves, and other air-operated equipment. Its 3/4 NPT port size makes it appropriate for medium to high-flow applications in production lines, maintenance shops, and industrial facilities. The included pressure gauge, sight glass, and modular connection allow for easy monitoring, visual inspection, and system expansion. Mounting brackets are included, supporting installation on walls, frames, or panel mounts. Operating temperature range is 14 degrees F to 140 degrees F, making it suitable for most indoor industrial environments.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation FRL unit for compressed air systems using 3/4 NPT threaded connections in industrial and maintenance applications.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed pipefitter, millwright, or qualified pneumatic systems technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply completely before making any connections or removing the unit from service. Apply thread sealant appropriate for pneumatic service to all NPT connections and verify there are no leaks before returning the system to operating pressure. Orient the filter bowl downward per the manufacturer's intended drain direction to ensure proper condensate removal.
