The PRO-SOURCE UFR-02NAL is a three-function FRL combination unit that integrates a filter, regulator, and lubricator into a single inline assembly for compressed air systems. Built with an intermediate body type and a 1/4 NPT port size, it handles flow rates up to 73.45 SCFM and withstands supply pressures up to 215 psi. The aluminum bowl provides a lightweight yet durable reservoir with a 3.6-ounce capacity, and the semi-automatic drain simplifies maintenance during routine service intervals. A pressure gauge is included and mounts via a 1/4 gauge port, giving technicians an immediate line-pressure reading without additional fittings. The unit is modular-compatible, allowing it to be connected with other FRL components in a bank configuration.
This FRL combination unit is suited for industrial, commercial, and light manufacturing compressed air circuits where air quality, pressure regulation, and lubrication are required at a single service point. The intermediate body size makes it appropriate for mid-range flow applications. Operating temperature range runs from 14 degrees F to 140 degrees F, accommodating typical indoor production environments and light outdoor installations. Licensed pneumatic technicians and maintenance mechanics are the primary installers, though experienced industrial tradespeople familiar with compressed air systems frequently service these units.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation FRL unit for intermediate-body compressed air systems with 1/4 NPT ported connections.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic technician or maintenance mechanic. Depressurize and bleed the compressed air line completely before removing or installing any FRL component. Verify port thread type and direction of airflow — most FRL units are directional and must be installed with the arrow on the body pointing downstream. After installation, pressurize the system slowly and check all connection points for leaks before returning equipment to service.
