The PRO-SOURCE UF-06N is a heavy-duty compressed air filter designed for inline filtration of compressed air systems in industrial and commercial applications. Fitted with a 3/4 inch NPT port, it delivers up to 291.31 standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM) of flow capacity, making it well-suited for moderate to high-demand air lines. The filter uses a 5-micron polyethylene filter media to remove particulate contamination before air reaches downstream equipment. A semi-automatic drain handles condensate removal without manual intervention, and a polycarbonate bowl with integral sight glass lets technicians monitor bowl conditions at a glance. The aluminum body construction balances durability with weight, coming in at 2.75 pounds.
The UF-06N is intended for use in plant air systems, pneumatic tool lines, spray finishing setups, and other compressed air distribution applications where consistent particulate filtration is required. Its modular connection design allows it to be grouped with compatible regulators and lubricators to form a filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) assembly. The semi-automatic drain suits installations where periodic manual drainage is inconvenient but a fully automatic drain is not required. This filter is typically installed by industrial maintenance technicians, pipefitters, or pneumatic system specialists.
Designed as an OEM-style inline compressed air filter for industrial compressed air distribution systems using 3/4 inch NPT connections. Modular connection design is intended for use with compatible filter-regulator-lubricator system components.
Shut off and depressurize the compressed air line completely before installing or servicing this filter. Ensure the arrow on the filter body is oriented in the direction of airflow during installation. NPT threaded connections should be sealed with an appropriate thread sealant per applicable plumbing and pneumatic system codes. Verify the bowl is fully seated and the drain is functional before returning the system to service.
