The PRO-SOURCE TSL-385-S-YB-PRO is a standard-duty nylon cable tie designed for bundling wire, tubing, and hose assemblies in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing installations. At 15.2 inches in length and 3/16 inch (0.19 inches) in width, it handles bundle diameters up to 114 mm. The tie is rated for 50 lb tensile strength and carries UL 94 V-2 flame-rating recognition along with MIL-SPEC compliance. Black nylon construction provides basic UV and heat resistance. Licensed electricians, HVAC technicians, and plumbers use these ties for wire management, duct work securement, and general component bundling in both residential and light commercial environments.
These cable ties are suited for indoor and outdoor trade applications where a reliable, code-compliant bundling solution is needed. The wide operating temperature range of -40 degrees F to 185 degrees F makes them appropriate for use in mechanical rooms, attic spaces, and exterior equipment installations. Each tie ships individually but is sold in minimum order quantities of 100 units, making this SKU appropriate for shop stock, service vans, and project material lists. No special tools are required for installation beyond a standard cable tie tensioning tool for consistent pull force.
Designed as a standard one-piece nylon cable tie for general wire and hose bundling applications across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and pool service installations.
Cable ties of this type are installed by electricians, HVAC technicians, and plumbers as part of NEC-compliant wire management or mechanical system assembly. Power down or de-energize any circuit before securing wire bundles in electrical panels or control enclosures. A cable tie tensioning and cutting tool is recommended to achieve consistent pull tension and a flush cut. Do not over-cinch bundles containing insulated conductors, as excessive clamping force can damage conductor insulation.
