The PRO-SOURCE TSL-200-S-IB-PRO is a standard-duty nylon cable tie designed for bundling, organizing, and securing wire harnesses, hoses, and cable runs in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing applications. At 8 inches in overall length and 3/16 inch (0.19 inches) wide, it delivers a 50 lb tensile strength rating suitable for moderate-load bundling tasks. The black nylon construction handles a temperature range of -40 degrees F to 185 degrees F, making it viable for both indoor mechanical rooms and outdoor exposed installations. Electricians, HVAC technicians, and plumbers reach for this tie when routing and dressing conductors, sensor leads, and low-voltage wiring.
This cable tie suits residential and light commercial installations where organized cable management is required. Common applications include bundling thermostat wiring, securing refrigerant line insulation, dressing electrical panel feeders, and organizing plumbing supply lines. The maximum bundle diameter of 54 mm accommodates typical wire harness and conduit groupings encountered in trade fieldwork. Sold individually with a minimum order quantity of 50 units, making it well suited for stocking service vans and shop bins.
Designed as a standard one-piece self-locking nylon cable tie for general-purpose wire and cable bundling across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and pool service applications.
Installation requires no tools beyond flush-cut diagonal pliers or a cable tie tensioning tool to seat and trim the tail. De-energize or lock out any circuits before dressing conductors in live panels or control enclosures, per NEC lockout/tagout requirements. Avoid over-cinching on insulated conductors, as excessive tension can deform wire insulation. Inspect ties periodically in high-heat environments near furnace heat exchangers or engine compartments, as sustained exposure at the upper temperature limit may reduce long-term holding strength.
