The PRO-SOURCE TSL-200-I-YY-PRO is a standard cable tie designed for bundling and securing wire, cable, and hose runs in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general mechanical applications. Constructed from polyamide, each tie measures 8 inches in overall length and 0.14 inches in width, with a thickness of 0.0492 inches. The plastic pawl locking mechanism provides a firm, one-way cinch that holds bundle diameter up to 2.13 inches. The yellow color aids visual identification in panel or conduit work. Licensed electricians, HVAC technicians, and plumbers regularly use these ties during rough-in and final trim to organize conductors, control wiring, and tubing bundles.
These cable ties are suited for indoor residential and light commercial installations including electrical panels, low-voltage control wiring, HVAC equipment cabinets, and plumbing rough-in bundles. The yellow color is commonly used for color-coded organization by trade or circuit type. Note that this tie is rated for indoor use only and is not intended for outdoor or UV-exposed installations. The operating temperature range of -40 degrees F to 185 degrees F covers most indoor mechanical and electrical environments. Sold as a minimum order quantity of 100 ties per order.
Designed as a standard-style cable tie for general indoor bundling applications in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical installations where an 8-inch polyamide tie with plastic pawl locking is required.
Cable ties are installed by hand or with a cable tie tensioning tool for consistent tension and flush cutoff. Before installing ties in live panels or energized equipment, de-energize circuits per NFPA 70 (NEC) lockout/tagout procedures. Do not overtighten ties around conductors, as excessive tension can damage insulation. Trim the tail flush after cinching to avoid sharp edges in the work area.
