The PRO-SOURCE PRO10455 is a wire-backed pleated air filter rated MERV 10 with 55% particle capture efficiency, designed for use in residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The synthetic pleated media is supported by a wire backing to maintain pleat geometry under airflow load, preventing media collapse at higher velocities. The filter is housed in an integrated paperboard frame. It handles airflow up to 1,025 CFM at a maximum face velocity of 500 FPM, with an initial resistance of 0.24 inches water gauge at 500 FPM and a final resistance of 1.0 inches water gauge. HVAC technicians and service contractors install this filter as a standard maintenance replacement in forced-air systems.
