The PRO-SOURCE NUF-04ND is a standard compressed air filter designed to remove particulate contamination from compressed air lines. Rated at 5 microns, it captures fine debris before it reaches downstream tools, valves, and equipment. The unit flows up to 106.99 SCFM through a 1/2 inch NPT port and features an automatic drain that continuously expels collected moisture and debris without manual intervention. The polycarbonate bowl includes a bowl guard for protection and a sight glass for quick visual inspection of accumulated contaminants. The body is constructed of aluminum for durability in industrial service environments. This filter is installed by pneumatic system technicians, maintenance mechanics, and industrial pipefitters.
The NUF-04ND is suited for use in compressed air distribution systems in light industrial, manufacturing, and commercial settings. It fits inline on 1/2 inch NPT compressed air lines supplying pneumatic tools, actuators, control valves, and other air-operated equipment. The modular connection feature allows it to be combined with compatible regulators and lubricators to build filter-regulator-lubricator assemblies. Typical installation points include compressor outlet stations, branch supply drops, and point-of-use tool connections. The automatic drain makes it practical in locations where routine manual servicing is difficult. Minimum operating temperature is 14 degrees F.
Designed as an OEM-style inline replacement filter for compressed air systems using 1/2 inch NPT connections. Modular connection design allows integration into standard filter-regulator-lubricator assemblies.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic or mechanical technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply line completely before removing or installing any inline filter. Ensure flow direction matches the arrow or marking on the filter body. Inspect the bowl and drain valve periodically per the site maintenance schedule, and confirm the automatic drain is functioning after installation.
