Pro-source GP36-TAM Push Broom 36 Inches Tampico

Product Description

The PRO-SOURCE GP36-TAM is a 36-inch wide general purpose push broom built for heavy-duty sweeping on commercial and industrial job sites. It uses a Tampico fiber bristle, a natural material known for handling both dry debris and light moisture without losing shape. The bristle length is 3 inches, set in a wood block that keeps the head rigid during wide-area passes. The threaded handle connection fits standard replacement handles sold separately. At 4.5 pounds, the head is solid enough for sustained use without adding unnecessary fatigue over long sweeping runs. Licensed tradespeople, facilities staff, and maintenance crews will find this broom suited to concrete, tile, and warehouse floor surfaces.

This push broom is commonly used in commercial construction cleanup, HVAC mechanical rooms, warehouse aisles, loading docks, and shop floors where a wide sweep path reduces pass count. The 36-inch brush width covers ground efficiently on open flat surfaces. Tampico bristle performs well on both fine dust and coarser debris, making it a practical choice for mixed-use facilities. The wood block construction provides a conventional, field-proven mounting base that is easy to replace when bristles wear out.

Key Features

• 36-inch brush width reduces sweeping passes on large flat surfaces
• Tampico natural fiber bristle handles dry debris and light moisture
• 3-inch bristle length provides firm contact across uneven floor surfaces
• Wood block construction offers a rigid, durable bristle mounting base
• Threaded handle connection accepts standard replacement handles
• Black bristle color helps identify soil and debris buildup during use

Compatibility

Designed for use with standard threaded broom handles. Handle is not included and must be sourced separately. Fits general-purpose push broom handle sockets with a standard threaded connection.

Installation Notes

Attach a compatible threaded broom handle by screwing it firmly into the wood block socket until snug. No tools are required for handle installation. Inspect the threaded connection periodically for wear and replace the handle or block head if threads strip. Store the broom with bristles off the floor to prevent deformation of the Tampico fibers over time.
