The PRO-SOURCE 5540038350PRO is a coiled self-storing polyurethane air hose designed for use in compressed air distribution systems in shops, garages, and light industrial settings. With a 3/8 inch inside diameter and 50 feet of working length, it delivers adequate airflow for pneumatic tools and equipment. The hose is rated to a maximum working pressure of 133 psi and features male swivel fittings on both ends with a 3/8 inch thread size. The coiled design returns the hose to a compact storage configuration after use, reducing clutter and trip hazards on the job site. It is available in red and blue.
This hose is suited for use with air compressors in residential and commercial service environments. Typical applications include pneumatic tool operation, tire inflation, and general compressed air delivery in maintenance or workshop settings. The self-storing coil is particularly useful in vehicle service bays and tool rooms where floor space and hose management are ongoing concerns. The male swivel x male swivel configuration allows the hose to rotate at both connection points, reducing kinking and torque stress during use.
Designed as a replacement or add-on coiled air hose for standard 3/8 inch compressed air systems using male swivel threaded fittings. Verify fitting thread size and inlet pressure requirements before installation.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with compressed air systems. Depressurize the air supply line completely before disconnecting or connecting hose fittings. Inspect all thread connections for proper engagement and use thread sealant appropriate for compressed air service. Do not exceed the rated maximum working pressure of 133 psi.
