Pro-source 2857521525PRO Retractable Hose Reel 15 Ft 300 Psi

Product Description

The PRO-SOURCE 2857521525PRO is a spring-retractable hose reel supplied with a 15-foot rubber hose rated to 300 psi maximum working pressure. The open-style steel reel mounts in a fixed position and automatically rewinds the hose via an internal spring mechanism, keeping work areas clear and reducing hose wear. The 1/4-inch ID rubber hose handles both air and water service across a temperature range of -22 degrees F to 158 degrees F. A 3/8-inch NPT inlet and 1/4-inch NPT outlet with a 1/4-inch MNPT fitting are included. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and general maintenance crews use this reel in shop, garage, and light industrial settings.

This hose reel is suited for compressed-air and water-supply applications in residential shops, commercial service bays, and light industrial maintenance environments. The spring-retract mechanism allows a single technician to deploy and recover the hose quickly without manual coiling. The 300 psi working pressure rating accommodates standard shop-air compressor output. The red rubber hose and gray steel reel are sized compactly enough to mount in confined service areas.

Installation Notes

Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified maintenance mechanic. Shut off and bleed down the air or water supply line to zero pressure before connecting or disconnecting any fittings. Use thread sealant or PTFE tape on all NPT connections and verify joint integrity before restoring pressure. Mount the reel to a structural surface rated to support the combined weight of the reel and extended hose under load.
