The PRO-SAFE PS-HPT-30 is a full body fall protection harness rated for a 350-pound load capacity. Built with a cross-over style design and constructed from polyester webbing, this harness is intended for use by workers operating at height on construction sites, rooftops, elevated platforms, and other applications where fall arrest systems are required. It features pass-through leg strap buckles and friction shoulder strap adjustments, allowing fast donning and a secure, customized fit across a universal size range. A back D-ring, front D-ring, and side D-rings provide multiple anchorage connection points depending on the task and system configuration. Licensed trades including HVAC technicians, electricians, and plumbers working at height are the primary installers and users of this equipment.
The PS-HPT-30 is suited for residential and light commercial work environments where OSHA-compliant fall arrest is required. The universal sizing accommodates a broad range of worker body types without separate sizing SKUs. The anti-tangle strap design keeps webbing organized during use and storage, reducing setup time on the job. Side D-rings support positioning lanyards in addition to fall arrest connections. This harness is appropriate for use as part of a personal fall arrest system (PFAS) that includes a compatible lanyard, self-retracting lifeline, and anchorage connector.
Designed for use as a component in a personal fall arrest system; intended to be paired with a compatible lanyard, self-retracting lifeline, or other connecting subsystem rated to ANSI Z359 or applicable OSHA 1926 Subpart M requirements. No specific system model compatibility data was provided with this product.
Fall protection harnesses must be inspected before each use and donned according to the manufacturer's instructions; a competent person should verify proper fit and connection before work at height begins. Power down or de-energize any adjacent electrical equipment in the work area as required by applicable safety codes. All anchor points used with this harness must meet applicable load requirements per OSHA regulations and ANSI Z359 standards. Retire the harness from service immediately following any fall event, visible webbing damage, or hardware deformation.
