The PRO-SAFE DH-NTC-90N2 is a 36-inch rigid traffic safety cone constructed from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and finished in lime for high daytime visibility. It stands 36 inches overall height with a 15-inch base width, giving it a stable footprint on pavement, gravel, or concrete surfaces. Two reflective collars -- a 6-inch upper collar and a 4-inch lower collar -- provide required nighttime and low-light conspicuity. At 10 pounds, the cone resists displacement from vehicle wind blast and typical job-site foot traffic. Road crews, utility contractors, and site safety personnel deploy this cone for lane closures, work zone delineation, and hazard marking.
This cone is suited for roadway work zones, parking lot control, construction site perimeters, and utility maintenance operations. The lime color and dual reflective banding meet Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) compliance requirements, making it appropriate for use on public roadways where MUTCD-conforming equipment is specified. Traffic cones are placed and retrieved by flaggers, road crew workers, or site safety personnel -- no tools are required. Cones should be spaced according to the applicable traffic control plan and MUTCD Part 6 taper and buffer requirements for the posted speed and lane configuration. Inspect cones before each deployment for cracks or collar delamination that would reduce reflectivity or stability. Do not use damaged cones in active traffic control zones.
