Pro-safe AF-CV-B1-L Arc Flash Coveralls Large Khaki

Product Description

The PRO-SAFE AF-CV-B1-L is an arc flash-rated coverall designed for electrical workers and industrial trades who require flame-resistant (FR) body protection in high-voltage or arc-hazard environments. Built from a Cotton, Indura Ultra Soft, and Nylon blend fabric, this garment delivers FR performance with a softer hand feel compared to standard FR fabrics. The coverall features a full-length zipper closure, six pockets for tool and accessory access, and open cuff and ankle styles for easy layering over other PPE. At 2.15 pounds, it is sized Large with a chest fit of 36 to 38 inches.

This coverall is suited for licensed electricians, utility technicians, and industrial maintenance professionals working on or near energized equipment where arc flash PPE is required by NFPA 70E or employer safety programs. The Indura Ultra Soft fabric construction provides FR protection with day-long wear comfort, making it appropriate for full-shift use in electrical switchgear, panel work, and substation environments. The khaki color is a standard choice for industrial and utility worksites.

Installation Notes

FR coveralls must be donned before approaching energized equipment and worn in accordance with the site arc flash hazard analysis and NFPA 70E PPE category requirements. Inspect the garment before each use for tears, contamination, or damage that could compromise FR performance. FR garments must be laundered per manufacturer care instructions using FR-compatible detergents to maintain flame-resistant properties. Do not wear non-FR garments as an outer layer over this coverall in arc flash work zones.
