The PRO-LUBE HC/12/3/N is a standard grease gun coupler designed for use in lubrication service applications. Built from spring steel, it connects a grease gun to standard grease fittings and is rated for operating pressures up to 10,000 psi. The 1/8 inch NPT thread allows for straightforward integration with compatible grease gun hoses and adapters. This coupler is used by mechanics, fleet technicians, and industrial maintenance professionals who perform routine lubrication on machinery, vehicles, and equipment. Its spring-loaded jaw design creates a secure lock on zerk fittings during grease delivery.
This coupler suits standard grease gun setups found in automotive, fleet, agricultural, and general industrial maintenance environments. It threads onto 1/8 inch NPT hose ends and mates with common zerk-style grease fittings on equipment such as chassis components, bearings, and universal joints. The 690 bar equivalent pressure rating supports high-pressure hand and pneumatic grease guns used in heavy-duty service. Installation and use require no special certifications, making this coupler accessible to both trade professionals and experienced DIYers performing scheduled lubrication work.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or service coupler for standard grease guns equipped with 1/8 inch NPT hose fittings and used with zerk-style grease fittings.
Thread the coupler onto the grease gun hose end hand-tight, then snug with an appropriate wrench - do not overtighten the NPT connection. Relieve pressure in the grease gun before removing or replacing couplers. Inspect the spring jaw for wear or deformation at each service interval, as a weakened jaw can cause grease leakage under high pressure. No special licensing is required for installation, but follow shop safety procedures when working around pressurized lubrication equipment.
