The PRO-LUBE G5R/PRO/N is a manual pistol-style grease gun built for professional lubrication service in industrial, fleet, and mechanical maintenance applications. It operates at a maximum pressure of 5,000 psi and accepts a standard 14 oz grease cartridge or bulk fill, delivering 40 strokes per ounce for consistent, measurable output. The rigid nozzle extension with a 1/8 inch NPT outlet threads onto a 4-jaw coupler with ball check, providing a secure, leak-resistant connection to standard grease fittings. At 5 pounds, the gun is heavy enough to feel solid in hand without causing fatigue during extended service runs. Licensed service techs, fleet mechanics, and industrial maintenance crews are the primary users.
This grease gun is suited for routine bearing and fitting lubrication on HVAC equipment, pumps, motors, conveyors, heavy equipment, and commercial vehicles. The pistol grip design allows single-hand operation with controlled trigger strokes, making it practical in confined equipment bays and mechanical rooms. It accepts both cartridge and bulk fill, giving technicians flexibility when working across multiple grease types on a job site. The rigid hose configuration includes a 6 inch extension and a 12 inch flexible hose section, allowing access to fittings in tight or awkward positions.
Designed for use with standard 14 oz grease cartridges and compatible with 1/8 inch NPT grease fittings commonly found on bearings, motors, pumps, and heavy equipment across commercial and industrial applications.
Installation and use of this grease gun should be performed by qualified maintenance technicians familiar with lubrication service procedures. Before servicing any equipment, shut down and de-energize all rotating machinery per lockout/tagout procedures. Verify that the grease type being loaded is compatible with the equipment manufacturer specifications before applying. Do not exceed the 5,000 psi maximum operating pressure rating of the gun or the pressure rating of the fittings being serviced.
