It has independently adjustable upper and lower heaters and Reli-A-Temp infrared heater technology that helps maintain consistent food temperatures. The MenuTrak Food Supervision System monitors hold times and alerts users when products exceed these times. A digital display indicates alerts and it can store up to six different menus. The removable pan rack makes cleaning easier. This warming drawer is constructed from stainless steel, ensuring durability and ease of maintenance.
