The PREMIX MARBLETITE 50488 is a factory-blended, polymer-modified cementitious pool finish designed for the interior surfaces of swimming pools. Sold in 80-pound bags, this non-pigmented white quartz base is part of the Mystic Ice line and serves as the foundation for quartz aggregate pool plaster applications. The mix combines polymer-modified cement, quartz aggregates, proprietary mica-infused sand, and selected admixes to deliver a durable, consistent surface. Pool plasterers and aquatic surface contractors apply this product during new construction and replaster projects where a high-quality quartz finish system is specified.
This product is used in residential and commercial swimming pool interior finishing. It is intended for use as a base coat or full-finish application in quartz plaster systems. The Mystic Ice formulation is designed for projects where a non-pigmented white base is required, either as a standalone finish or as part of a color-blended system prepared on site or per project specifications. Pool plastering crews working under standard aquatic construction schedules will find this product suited to conventional application methods.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard-supply product for quartz aggregate interior pool finish systems in residential and commercial swimming pool construction and renovation.
Application is performed by licensed or experienced pool plastering contractors using standard plaster pump and troweling equipment. Drain and prepare the pool surface per industry guidelines before application. Follow manufacturer mixing and application instructions for water-to-mix ratios and curing procedures. Newly plastered surfaces require a proper startup and water chemistry balancing sequence before the pool is returned to service.
