The PFC-4064 is suited for conventional fire alarm applications in residential and light commercial buildings. Its 6 zone architecture allows each zone to monitor a distinct area or floor, providing straightforward fault and alarm isolation. Installation must be performed by a licensed fire alarm technician or low-voltage electrical contractor in accordance with NFPA 72 and applicable local codes. Disconnect all power sources, including AC mains and any backup battery, before servicing or wiring the panel. Verify all zone wiring, end-of-line resistor values, and notification appliance circuit loads against the panel specifications before commissioning. Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) approval may be required prior to system activation.
