The POLYLOK 3017-GE is a 12 in. HDPE round grate designed for use with the 3009 riser. Constructed from HDPE with UV protection, this grate is suitable for residential and light commercial traffic. It replaces the grate on a drainage box or riser without requiring any digging. Includes four screws (#10x1-1/2” stainless steel square drive).
