The PIP INDUSTRIES 280-HP341SR-08 is a dome-style hard hat built for industrial job sites where head protection and accessory compatibility are both required. The shell is made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and features a smooth dome profile suited to welding applications and environments where attachments such as face shields, hearing protection, forestry kits, or welding protection are regularly used. The six-point suspension system uses nylon webbing and includes a ratchet adjustment mechanism for a secure, custom fit across a wide range of head sizes. Installation Notes

Fitting and adjustment should be performed by the wearer prior to entering any hazardous area. Use the ratchet wheel to adjust the suspension until the hat sits level on the head with no more than one inch of clearance above the crown. Inspect the shell and suspension for cracks, dents, or fraying before each use and remove from service if damage is found. Follow applicable ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 standards and any site-specific PPE requirements when selecting and deploying head protection.
