The PIP 16-820/L is a cut-resistant work glove from the G-Tek CR line, built for trades and industrial environments where hand protection against sharp edges, glass, and abrasive materials is required. The shell is knit from 13-gauge HPPE and glass fiber in a salt and pepper construction, providing cut resistance while maintaining dexterity. The palm and fingers are double-dipped in a black micro-surface latex coating, delivering grip on both dry and lightly wet surfaces. An acrylic inner lining adds comfort for extended wear during a full shift.
These gloves are suited for applications such as sheet metal handling, glass handling, HVAC duct fabrication, electrical work involving cut hazards, plumbing rough-in with sharp fittings, and general mechanical assembly. The large sizing and acrylic lining make them appropriate for full-day use in environments where workers need tactile feedback without sacrificing cut protection. They are sold by the dozen with a minimum order quantity of 12 dozen per case.
Designed as a cut-resistant work glove for trade professionals in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sheet metal, and general industrial applications requiring hand protection against sharp edges and abrasive surfaces.
Inspect each glove before use for tears, coating separation, or punctures that would compromise protection. Replace gloves when the latex palm coating shows significant wear or the shell develops visible cuts or fraying. Follow your site or employer PPE policy for glove class requirements based on the cut hazard level present in the task.
