The PIP 16-645LG/S is a cut-resistant work glove built for tasks where hand protection from sharp edges and abrasive surfaces is a daily requirement. Constructed with a 13-gauge PolyKor fiber shell, these gloves meet ANSI/ISEA Cut Resistance Level A5 and carry an EN 388 rating of 4X42E. The seamless PolyKor lining reduces interior pressure points during extended wear. A polyurethane coating covers the palm and fingers, providing a flat grip surface suited to light-to-medium material handling. The high-visibility yellow color aids worker identification on busy job sites. These gloves are sized for men small or women extra-small and are issued in paired sets.
The 16-645LG/S is suited for general industrial and construction environments where cut hazards are present, including light fabrication, assembly, glass handling, and parts sorting. The polyurethane-coated palm performs well on smooth and semi-smooth surfaces where dexterity and tactile feedback matter alongside cut protection. The knit slip-on cuff allows quick donning and removal, making these practical for repetitive task rotations. They are unisex-designed and sized small, fitting a range of hand dimensions within that size class.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard-issue cut-resistant glove for industrial and construction hand protection programs requiring ANSI A5 cut resistance in a palm-coated, lightweight knit glove format.
Inspect gloves for visible damage, cuts, or coating separation before each use and replace if the liner or coating is compromised. These gloves do not provide cut-through protection at the wrist above the cuff line. Follow your site safety program and applicable OSHA PPE requirements when selecting gloves for specific hazard levels. Do not use as a substitute for chemical-resistant or electrical-insulating gloves where those hazards are present.
