The PIP 16-351/S is a cut- and puncture-resistant work glove designed for trade and industrial applications where hand protection from sharp edges, sheet metal, glass, and similar hazards is required. Built from an HPPE blend shell, the glove achieves an ANSI/ISEA Cut Resistance Level A5 and a Puncture Resistance Level 3, making it suitable for demanding tasks in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general mechanical work. The palm and fingers are coated in foam-grip nitrile for secure grip on both dry and lightly oily surfaces. Overall length is 10 inches and the glove ships as a pair in size Small.
These gloves are well suited for residential and light commercial service work where technicians routinely handle sheet metal ductwork, conduit, copper tubing, glass, or other materials with sharp edges. The continuous knit cuff provides a snug fit at the wrist to help prevent debris from entering. The black nitrile foam coating on the palm and fingers allows for dexterity-sensitive tasks such as fastening hardware, pulling wire, or handling fittings while maintaining cut protection. Typical users include HVAC installers, sheet metal mechanics, electricians, and plumbers working in tight spaces with sharp components.
Designed as a general-purpose cut-resistant work glove for trade professionals; sold as a pair in size Small (Men's).
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, tears, or coating separation that may compromise protection. Replace gloves if the shell or coating shows visible damage. These gloves are not rated as a blood-borne pathogen barrier and are not FDA approved for medical use. Always select the correct glove size to ensure the ANSI protection ratings perform as tested.
