The PIP 09-K1600/M is an ANSI Cut Level A7 cut- and puncture-resistant glove designed for trade and industrial applications where hand protection against sharp edges and abrasive surfaces is required. The glove is constructed with a seamless Kevlar liner and a foam nitrile coating applied to the palm and fingers, providing a secure grip on both dry and lightly oily surfaces. The 13-gauge knit construction keeps the glove lightweight while delivering cut resistance rated five times stronger than steel by weight. Puncture resistance is rated at ANSI/ISEA Level 2, and abrasion resistance is rated at ANSI/ISEA Level 4. This glove is sized for medium hands and is sold as a pair.
The 09-K1600/M is suited for use in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sheet metal, and general mechanical trades where workers handle sharp sheet stock, ductwork, conduit, pipe, or metal components. The foam nitrile palm coating delivers tactile sensitivity that matters when working with fittings, fasteners, or wiring. The color-coded yellow cuff allows quick size identification in multi-tech work environments. The glove is launderable, supporting repeated reuse across job sites. Overall length is 9.1 inches.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-purchase cut-resistant glove for medium-handed users in trade and industrial environments requiring ANSI Cut Level A7 hand protection.
These gloves are worn PPE and do not require installation. Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, tears, or coating separation that would reduce protection. Follow all applicable OSHA hand protection requirements and employer PPE programs when selecting and using cut-resistant gloves. Launder according to manufacturer guidance to maintain liner integrity and coating adhesion.
