The PHILLIPS PHIL332361 is a 4-watt T5 miniature fluorescent lamp designed for compact lighting applications in commercial and residential fixtures. The lamp features a G5 miniature bi-pin base and a slim 16 mm tube diameter measuring 0.625 inches across. At 6.0 inches in overall length, it fits space-constrained luminaire housings where standard-diameter tubes will not work. It produces 4100K Cool White light with a color rendering index (CRI) of 60, making it suited for task and utility lighting. Rated lamp life is 6,000 hours. Electricians and lighting technicians are the primary trades that source and install this lamp type.
This lamp is used in under-cabinet fixtures, display case lighting, task lighting panels, and other compact fluorescent luminaires that call for a T5 miniature bi-pin configuration. The 4100K color temperature is a neutral cool white output commonly specified in commercial retail, office, and light industrial environments. Its small form factor makes it a direct fit for equipment that cannot accept larger T8 or T12 tube sizes.
Designed as a direct-replacement T5 miniature fluorescent lamp for fixtures requiring a G5 miniature bi-pin base and a 4-watt, 6.0-inch lamp.
Lamp replacement should be performed by a qualified electrician or lighting technician in accordance with local electrical codes and NEC guidelines. Always disconnect or de-energize the fixture before handling the lamp. Align the G5 bi-pin base pins with the lamp holder contacts and seat firmly before restoring power. Do not touch the lamp envelope with bare hands during installation, as skin oils can affect lamp performance and longevity.
