The PFERD 42780752 is a 3-inch diameter quick-change abrasive disc designed for surface conditioning, blending, and finishing work. Constructed with aluminum oxide grain bonded in a non-woven fiber matrix, this coarse-grade disc removes surface contaminants, light oxidation, and weld discoloration without aggressively cutting into base metal. It mounts via the CDR Type R attaching system, allowing fast, tool-free disc swaps on compatible right-angle grinders and die grinders. Rated to a maximum of 5000 RPM, it suits common pneumatic and electric grinders used by fabricators, pipefitters, and maintenance technicians working on ferrous and non-ferrous surfaces.

Installation Notes
