The PENTAIR 7560C is an 8-roller spray pump designed for demanding fluid transfer and spray applications in commercial and industrial settings. The pump features a cast iron housing and cast iron roller components built to handle continuous operation at pressures up to 300 psi and speeds up to 1000 RPM. Inlet and outlet connections are both 3/4 inch FPT with NPT threading, allowing straightforward integration into existing pipe runs. The shaft is machined from 416 stainless steel for corrosion resistance, and the lip seal uses Viton material to maintain integrity against a range of fluid chemistries. Licensed plumbers, irrigation specialists, and fluid-systems technicians are the typical installers.
This pump is suited for roller spray systems in agricultural, industrial, and commercial spray applications where reliable pressure delivery and chemical compatibility are required. The 22 GPM maximum flow rate and 300 psi working pressure make it appropriate for spray rigs, chemical transfer lines, and similar high-demand pump circuits. The cast iron construction is well matched to environments where pump durability under sustained load is the primary concern. The pump is supplied as a pump-only unit and does not include a motor or drive assembly.

Installation should be performed by a qualified plumber or fluid-systems technician familiar with high-pressure pump circuits. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing the pump. Verify that drive speed does not exceed the 1000 RPM maximum rating, as overspeeding will damage the pump and void serviceability. Confirm thread sealant compatibility with system fluids before assembly, particularly when handling chemical concentrates.
