Installation must be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local codes. Always shut off power at the circuit breaker and verify the circuit is de-energized with a voltage tester before wiring. Connect line-side conductors to the LINE terminals and, if using downstream GFCI protection, load-side conductors to the LOAD terminals. Do not install on circuits exceeding 20 amps or 125 volts.
