It accepts collets ranging from 0.0313 to 0.5625 inches in capacity and features a 1-inch straight shank for direct spindle mounting. The chuck is built with through-spindle coolant capability, directing coolant to the cutting edge for improved chip evacuation and tool life. A total indicator runout (TIR) of 0.0004 inches ensures consistent concentricity across the collet range, making it suitable for close-tolerance drilling, reaming, and end milling operations. Licensed machinists and toolroom technicians are the primary users.

This collet chuck is intended for use in production and job-shop environments where the DA100 double angle collet system is already established.
