The PARLEC C50-10SM4 is a CAT50 taper shank shell mill holder designed for secure face milling and shell mill operations on machining centers. It features a 1 inch pilot diameter and a 2.25 inch nose diameter, with a projection from flange to nose end of 4 inches. Balanced to 30,000 RPM, this holder suits high-speed spindle applications where runout control is critical. Total indicated runout (TIR) is rated at 0.0002 inches, supporting tight tolerances on finish milling passes. The lock screw thread is 1/2-20, using the included 10LS lock screw. Installation is performed by qualified machinists or CNC tooling specialists.
