The PARLEC C40-25ERP412 is an ER25 collet chuck with a CAT40 taper shank, designed for precision toolholding on CNC machining centers. It accepts ER25 collets with a capacity range of 1 mm to 16 mm (0.0394 to 0.6299 inches), covering a wide range of cutting tool shank sizes. The chuck features a 4.12-inch projection from gauge line, an overall length of 6.81 inches, and a through-spindle coolant design that delivers coolant directly to the cutting edge. Total indicator runout (TIR) is held to 0.0002 inches, supporting accurate cutting and extended tool life. Installation and setup are performed by CNC machinists and toolroom technicians.
